No, flexibility is not required! Yoga is about progress, not perfection. Our classes are designed to meet all levels, and we encourage you to move at your own pace. Over time, you will naturally increase your flexibility as you continue practicing.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Most people wear leggings, yoga pants, or shorts with a fitted top. Avoid overly loose clothing as it may interfere with your movements.
We recommend bringing your own yoga mat for hygiene reasons, but if you don’t have one, we provide mats in our studio for your convenience.
