Harpreet Sharma is a certified yoga instructor with a profound passion for promoting health, wellness, and mindfulness. Her journey with yoga began in 2017, driven by a desire to explore the transformative power of this ancient practice. Over time, yoga became more than just a personal pursuit—it became her calling. In 2019, she transitioned from being a dedicated practitioner to a trainer, using her skills to help others enhance their physical and mental well-being.

Harpreet’s expertise was honed through professional training at the Bodhi School of Yoga, one of the world’s most prestigious yoga institutions affiliated with Yoga Alliance USA, the Ministry of Ayush (Government of India), and the Yoga Certification Board. Her commitment and excellence in teaching were recognized in 2022 when she was honored with the Best Yoga Trainer Award by the Bodhi School of Yoga.

While Harpreet had built a successful career in engineering and corporate leadership—earning a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in 2004 and serving in high-profile roles with global organizations like Motorola and TataSky—she chose to follow her heart and shift her focus entirely to helping people achieve better health and inner peace. Her decision to transition from the corporate world to the field of yoga teaching reflects her unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

In addition to her work as a yoga instructor, Harpreet is an entrepreneur and the founder of Digigrow Canada Ltd., a company she leads with the same dedication and passion that define her yoga practice. She balances her entrepreneurial responsibilities with her commitment to yoga, demonstrating her ability to excel across diverse fields.

With over eight years of exposure to yoga and six years of teaching experience, Harpreet is devoted to serving society by empowering individuals to achieve their best physical and mental health. Her teaching philosophy centers on fostering balance, mindfulness, and empowerment, creating a lasting impact on her students’ lives.
