At the core of Yogrow is Harpreet Sharma, a certified yoga instructor and passionate wellness advocate. Harpreet began her yoga journey in 2017 and has been guiding others since 2019. With training from the renowned Bodhi School of Yoga and certification from YMCA Canada, she brings years of experience, compassion, and skill into every class.

Before diving into yoga full-time, Harpreet led a high-powered career with Motorola and TataSky. But something deeper called her—a desire to make a real difference. To help people not just work, but thrive. Not just survive, but live mindfully. That’s how Yogrow was born.
